The first full working week of 2019 is under our belts and in this week’s podcast, we’re giving you three new and perhaps somewhat unorthodox health hacks to help you smash life.

Of course we recommend that you have your big rocks in place such as sleep, stress management, a proper resistance training regime, a solid nutrition plan filled with fruits, vegetables and single ingredient minimally processed foods but these three hacks may just change the game for you like they have for us.
