Currently based in London, we share many of the same interests and passions outside of the health and fitness space, and when we’re not coaching clients, delivering seminars or recording our weekly podcast, you can most likely find us listening to house music, travelling to the Balearic islands, shopping for clothes with the perfect fit and finish and enjoying exclusive artisan gins in boutique hotel bars with the correct fruit accompaniment.
